What Do We Believe?
We are a multi-denominational international church hosted by a Korean church. Our members come from a wide variety of different church traditions, but we unite around what we believe is the heart of the Christian faith.
We believe in the Holy Trinity. There is one God, who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God creates all things and sustains them day-by-day. We believe this God has revealed himself to us through the Bible, which is his written word. The Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit and without error in the original manuscripts. As God's Word, the Bible is infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice.
We believe that we were created by God, in his image. We believe we are all sinners. Sin takes many forms and has many fruits, but it is at it's heart a rejection of God. As our Creator, God is right to judge us for this. We are completely unable to save ourselves from God's judgement.
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who became fully human to save us from our sin. Through His perfect life and his sacrificial death in our place, he atoned for the sins of all who trust in Him, alone, for salvation. We believe there is no other way to be rescued from sin and made right with God. We believe salvation belongs to God alone; we do not earn it, and he sovereignly chooses who he will save, based on his grace, not our merit.
We believe that the Holy Spirit lives within Christians and gives us the strength and wisdom to trust Christ and follow Him in our daily lives. He also enables us to understand God's Word, the Bible. We believe that all aspects of our lives are to be lived to the glory of God under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus will return, bodily and visibly, to judge all mankind and to receive His people to Himself.
